NEW RELEASE: Gulvane and the Dragon

Image
An elven wizard ready to transition to his fifth lifetime, a dragon who's always wanted an elf of his own, and memories locked away. When the dragon wants to unleash the pain of his past, Gulvane faces a choice: Take the beasts's offer, and risk his past lives tearing him apart, or walk away. Gulvane and the Dragon is a fantasy story that explores the life of an elf, the desires of a dragon when it comes to familiars, and how one's past can be intertwined with another's.  You can find links to this newly released, stand-alone, fantasy short story on this Books2Read page : https://books2read.com/u/4DqJlA .

A Poem for National Poetry Month: With the Lame Man, One

With the Lame Man, One Written on April 14, 2017, to celebrate National Poetry Month , this piece is an experimental form about an attempted assassination, perhaps influenced by the sound of the old television series of Dune playing in the background—but only a little. “Walk,” the lame man said, and I obeyed. He learned to be the best at what he did, and he learned to walk tall - without the heels. When he finds himself in the center of a plot to assassinate the most powerful men in the city, Stiletto has only one question: How on earth is he going to walk out of this one? Stiletto’s Luck will be included in An Anthology of Blades , but is currently available as a stand-alone title from Smashwords, Amazon-Kindle and CreateSpace and will be distributed from Nook, Kobo, Barnes and Noble and iTunes. First Page   Stiletto's Luck Sheathed in a suit that shifted with the colors of a city night, Stiletto crouched in the shadows, looking very much like the other gar...
