‘Where be Dragon?’ is one of my first attempts at writing ‘non-rhyming’ poetry with a contemporary paranormal bent. It was written in 2008 as an experiment, and starts like this: Where be dragon? In this world of strait reality scaled, two-wing-ed reptiloid, regal, eyes agleam and scathing, breath a fire-rimmed hurricane, teeth, untouchable as stars. can be found in An Anthology of Dragons has been uploaded to both Smashwords and Kindle, and is awaiting release.

‘War’s End’ was written in 2004. It is the first poem in An Anthology of Battle and is 8-lines long. It is currently available for stand-alone purchase, and it starts like this: Airplane engines drone overhead. can be found in       An Anthology of Battle is available on Kindle and Smashwords.

‘Duelling with the Dragon’ is an experiment into writing a fantasy ‘poem’ made up of haiku. It was written in 2004 as part of a poetry workshop. It starts like this: Dragon scales, its falling armour raining leaves .   can be found in   An Anthology of Dragons has been uploaded to both Smashwords and Kindle, and is awaiting release.

‘Jacob’s Vision’ was written in 1996 and given a slight polish before being added to this anthology. It is the third story in An Anthology of Battle and is 5,000 words long. It is currently available for stand-alone purchase, and it starts like this: The hill, with its footing of green-studded black, was the same as I remembered it. I stood at the top of the ridge looking out, seeing the city ruins, imagining the glow from its center at night. can be found in An Anthology of Battle is now available on Smashwords and  Kindle.

Publishing Formatting of the individual short stories and poems from An Anthology of Battle is complete and they were uploaded to Kindle on 20 May 2012.
