Wednesday's Verse - Life's Not Fair When You're Five

This week’s verse moves from a fantasy renga about a stranger in need, to a poem about a five-year-old watching her mum go to work. It is taken from 366 Days of Poetry , a collection of mixed-genre poetry released in 2016. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------   Life's Not Fair When You're Five My baby is crying on the seat of the lounge.
