First Words - Friday, March 21, 2025: Dark God's Demise,

After two days of flu, I've returned to the writing desk. First words for each project, today, are posted in social as the day's work for that project is done.Today's were not as many as I was trying for, but those I achieved are collated here.   Project 1: Dark God's Demise (Day's Words: ) Raomar met twice more with the mage lord. Once at mid-week so they could update each other on the preparations being made and, once more, to travel down the mountain. Sindra was too weak to travel, so they left her mending linen for the priests and working on a tapestry. NEW RELEASE: Dark God Emergent (3RD EDITION)...and some questions answered.

I know, some of you will be thinking this book isn't new. You're right, but the EDITION is new. Long story short, when I began recording readings for my YouTube channel, I found a few things that required fixing, and that a chapter restructure was also needed. That last required a new edition, as did the  updated front and back matter. That new edition released today. Questions? Do I need to buy the 3rd edition, if I already own the second edition? Is the 2nd edition still available? No. It was removed from circulation 2 weeks ago - unless you find a paperback secondhand. When is Book 2 coming? The rewrite of Dark God's Rise , Book 2, is complete, and the book is undergoing audio-editing, of which there are 18 chapters to go. That book is penciled in for a January 2024 release date, and will be availab...

Gulvane and the Dragon is this month's first short story release, and it's now available on pre-order. Releasing on the fourteenth, this fantasy short story explores the idea of an elven lifetime being divided into rooms, and couples it to the idea that dragons choose their familiars with care. What's it About? Gulvane and the Dragon is a short story about an elven wizard ready to transition to his fifth lifetime, a dragon who's always wanted an elf of his own, and memories locked away. When the dragon wants to unleash the pain of his past, Gulvane faces a choice: Take the beast's offer, and risk his past lives tearing him apart, or walk away. How does it Start? Gulvane walked the corridors of his mind, going deep into himself to remember who he was, and explore who he might become. The years of an elf were long, many more times longer than the span of an average mortal, and Gulvane was reaching another century, his third as a wizard, his seventh as an elf. In t...
