CM Simpson: Writer & Gamer

 Like I said in the last post, I didn't start a Youtube channel with the idea of doing anything more than finding out how to make videos so I could help my youngest do that when they were old enough...and then I started having fun...and then I wondered if it was a place to share my writing...and what that might even look like... ...so I gave it a poke...a really little poke...to try it out. I'm not sure I've got it "right" yet, or what that might even be, but I'll never know what the journey might look like if I don't take the first step. They tell me you get better with practice...which also means you have to begin. I'm not saying how many times I started, stopped, and then started again with these, but the first step's been taken, and the next ones will be better. With the release of Mack ‘n’ Me: The Transporter’s Favou,r the fourth book of the Mack ‘n’ Me ‘n’ Odyssey series fast approaching I’m continuing the first chapter reads, I was doing a while back. Welcome to the rebirth of an old segment. I’ll be posting bits and pieces of my writing on the blog. Some days, it will be a whole chapter, and some days it will be the first few words I wrote for the day, or the first couple of hundred words of a short story. You get the idea. Since I’ve just released, Mack ‘n’ Me: Arach, the third book in my Mack ‘n’ Me ‘n’ Odyssey series—and since I’ve almost finished the fourth book in that series, I thought I’d celebrate by posting the first chapter up here for you to read. What's it about? I ran away from home to find a better life—not be forced into one.
