Progress Report—August 05-August 11, 2018

The second week of August went well. There was still pain, but it was reducing. I increased my walking to assist in circulation around the elbow, which had the added effect of helping the ideas and words flow better. Yeah, I know: who’da thunk it? Better blood flow to the brain equals better brain performance, which means better writing sessions. It’s simple logic—and a really good reason to get away from the desk, which I find hard to do, for any reason. Anyway, the second week of August saw more hours at the desk, and more productivity as a result. There was also a release, this week, which kept me a bit busy.
