Progress Report Week 4 April 2012

Current Projects:

These are in the current priority order, which represents the order I tackle things in any given day. I usually only get to the first two projects on this list on any given day. The order will change as contracts in the ‘on hold’ list are signed, edits and playtest deadlines received. The daily ‘quota’ is either 1,000 words or a full chapter revised.

Completed:
Anthology2: consists of 3 short stories, 1 novella, and 3 poems. It is now complete at 24,849 words.
ShortStory7: completely revised at 14,537 words. It’s the last story for Anthology2.
ShortStory9: completely revised at 1,832 words. It’s the third story in Anthology 3.
ShortStory10: completely revised at 1,275 words. It’s the second story in Anthology 3.
ShortStory11: completely revised at 2,540 words. It’s the fourth story in Anthology 3.
ShortStory12: completely revised at 4,515 words. It’s the sixth story in Anthology 3.
ShortStory13: completely revised at 3,329 words. It’s the fifth story in Anthology 3.
ShortStory14: completely revised at 5,361 words. It’s the first story in Anthology 3.
Anthology3: consists of 6 short stories. It is now complete at 19,361 words.

On-Going:
CrimeNovel1: Nil progress.
RomanceNovel1: Nil progress.

Hold Pending:
As these projects rely on outside permissions being received, they have not progressed. If the permissions are still outstanding at the end of the month, they will go on hold.
Adventures3 & 4: Round 2 of outline edits still with editor for approval. No go ahead has been given for the writing.
ShortStory1, Adventure2 and Project1: Contract still not returned by publisher for use of rules system.

Started:
Nil. I have just completed the current project, at 9:30 AEST today. I will select a new one tomorrow.

Projects on ‘Hold’:

All Projects-on-hold remain static.

Backburner Projects:

All Backburner Projects remain static.

New Arrivals:

These are ideas that occur to me while I work on other things. I write them down until I reach the point they require conscious, planned effort, and then stop and return to the project at hand.

Ummm, not this week? I think I have starter sentences for 2-3, which I haven’t written down yet so they don’t count. Maybe next week.
